This is a new-old stock uncut panel and rare. Panel measures approximately 36” X 60" Instructions for making the panel are included on the panel if making a costume and bag. If you desire to make it into a tree skirt, there are probably YouTube videos showing how to do that. If you have had much experience with sewing, you can probably figure it out on your own.
