Looks like a delicate undergarment from the from the Victorian era, except it's not white - like something you’d wear under a corset. Very pretty design with grosgrain and cotton lacy trim. Closure in front is with larger snaps. Pre-owned condition shows some signs of wear and tear from normal wear. Some minor pilling on fabric - not much though.
